WHO

WE ARE

The Agile Leadership Network for San Francisco (BayALN) was founded in 2006 to support a community of practice in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We provide a forum for sharing practical experiences and advice. We also explore and develop Agile techniques, models and practices at the project, department, organization and enterprise levels.

We are a diverse community with over 3000 members. That includes agile coaches, scrum masters, developers, executives, project managers, designers, etc.  from Apple, Adobe, Cisco, LinkedIn, PayPal, Walmart.com, Visa, and many others...large firms to startups.

ALN International is a network of local communities worldwide that provides opportunities for Agile leaders in all industries to connect and engage...enabling their organizations to thrive in an ever-changing marketplace.

The Agile Leadership Network is a resource for anyone on a leadership path and we invite you, no matter what your skill set or background, to help us improve the craft of Agile leadership. Join the BayALN Meetup Group and the BayALN Linkedin Group to stay up to date on the latest events, resources and connections. You can review our Charter here.
